This prefabrication approach significantly reduces on-site installation time and minimizes labor costs associated with traditional assembly and wiring. Full testing in a controlled factory environment guarantees that all components are fully operational before delivery, streamlining the startup process and reducing delays. With consistent quality and reliability built into every unit, this modular design approach provides efficiency, reliability, and cost savings for every project.
Adapted to Any Scale
The Bioforcetech System is built to handle 80% of the wastewater market’s flow rate with a sweet spot between 1 and 20 MGD. With flexibility between units and scale, we have installations operational ranging from a single dryer to over 8 dryers and two Sigma Pyrolysis units.
This modular design enables faster engineering and implementation, as facilities can scale their operations simply by adding more units. For example:
- A wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) managing 4,000 wet tons per year of biosolids at 80% water content could install 4 BioDryers and 1 Pyrolysis unit.
- A WWTP with 8,000 tons per year of biosolids would scale up to 8 BioDryers and 2 Pyrolysis units.
