BFT BioDryers are Outperforming Specifications

Bioforcetech’s BioDryer technology can deliver dry solids at 30% of the energy load normally required when using standard thermal drying methods, a feat that we are very proud of. Oftentimes in the world of machine and plant operations, in-field performance can fall short of designed specifications, but Bioforcetech is excited to report our BioDryers are outperforming our expectations. BioDryers operating in the US this year have been working around the clock to dry both undigested and digested biosolids from 17%  solids to as high as 90%. In tracking their performance, we have found that the average performance data outperforms the designed specifications of the units by a significant margin. With this type of efficiency we can achieve higher throughputs in the BioDryers to dry more biosolids per year, per unit.
