BFT CTO Presents at WEF RBITT

This year WEF's Residuals and Biosolids and Innovative Treatment Technologies conferences came together for a joint conference highlighting new technologies in biosolids and wastewater treatment. 

 

As part of the show, Todd Williams and Lloyd Winchell from Jacobs Engineering and Brown and Caldwell moderated a special session on Advanced Technologies for the Destruction of Emerging Contaminants in Water and Wastewater Treatment. 

 

As leaders in the operation of pyrolysis technology published to remove PFAS, Bioforcetech was included in this session. Stefano Pessina, CTO of BFT, joined other innovators working in gasification, incineration, super critical water oxidation (SCWO), and plasma treatment technologies to present their technologies and findings to date.

 

As an industry, these types of sessions bringing all technologies under one roof are indispensible, and BFT was honored to join to share their BioDryer and Sigma pyrolysis units yielding PFAS free OurCarbon.
